During their Colorado ranch vacation, guests enjoy family-style accommodations and hospitality at our country inn.

In the family room, play ping-ping, billiards, or watch the TV/DVD/VCR. Play outside, shooting hoops or playing tetherball. Take in the expansive views from the B&B or while horseback riding or hiking. Enjoy the scenic prairie by day and the starlit sky by night. Slow down and enjoy the Colorado countryside at our bed and breakfast accommodations, an inviting alternative to typical hotel lodging while visiting the Limon, CO area.

• Our bedrooms provide peace and quiet, uninterrupted by TV or phones.
• Robes and toiletries are provided.
• A microwave and small refrigerator are available in the family room.
• A family telephone (free local & USA long distance, fax machine, and wireless Internet guest computer are available.
• We have Wi-Fi Internet access - your personal laptop will work in the house.
• We have a small Gift Shop for postcards, stamps, etc.
• Enjoy seeing our collection of The Trail of Painted Ponies with a few ponies from Beth's personal collection for sale.
• Pets in the house are not allowed as Sissy (our house Border Collie) and the ranch cats do not allow visiting competition! You can put your pet and kennel in our attached garage, or your pet can stay in your vehicle. Well-behaved pets allowed off leash.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor house area or in your RV.

Cancellation Policy: Bed and Breakfast - $20/room/night before 4 PM day of arrival. Full amount due for cancellation or no show after 4 PM day of arrival.       RV and Package rates have different cancellation fees - please check Packages for other Cancellation Policies.
