• Pets in the house are not allowed as Sissy (our house Border Collie) and the ranch cats do not allow visiting competition! You can kennel you pet in the garage or in your vehicle. Well behaved pets allowed off leash.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Cancellation Policy: For reservations canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged for the total reservation. Cancellations prior to 7 days of arrival will be charged a $30 handling fee.

Except for a pack & play or youth cot, guest rooms can only accommodate 2 people per room.
