You, your family, and your horse are all welcome at our Colorado horse hotel resort!

We have overnight boarding for your horse in pipe corrals. One corral has an attached 12x17 dirt floor stall. We also have an indoor arena with 4 panel stalls inside and outdoor shed pens with runs. Our stables may not be fancy, but they're safe!

Big rig access and RV parking is an additional convenience.

	Horses must show a current Health Certificate & Negative Coggins before unloading. We reserve the right to cancel your stay if your animal appears ill. Bring your own feed and bedding, or we have: Grass hay - $15.00/bale subject to change without notice Wood Chip Bedding - $10.49/bundle

Stay at our B&B or RV, and overnight layover horse boarding.

We clean pens $12.59/horse

Guest cleans pens $5.25/horse

Limon Motel & Barn:

Stay in town at a local motel and overnight layover horse boarding with us.

We clean pens $17.83/horse

Guest cleans pens $10.49horse

Late Arrival Fee $10.49 per hour after 9 PM

RV & Camper Parking - includes electrical hookup only - you must have self-contained plumbing and may not dump gray water. Smoking permitted only inside your RV. $26.73/RV/night

Cancellation Policy: $10/ RV/night

Cleaning Your Own Pens Means:
Trash & Bale string/wire goes in trash not manure pile
Pick up Manure and Hay in your pen and around your Rig
Hay tubs and Grain tubs get emptied to manure pile and rechained
Water buckets - throw out into pen to disperse - If you borrowed mine put by barn so I can disinfect before putting away
Close and latch your gate
